Recommendations

• "Spot" monitoring plan to find trouble spots and isolate heavy electrical loads.
• Automate downloading of smart meter data from Smart Meter Texas via API.
  • Possible candidate: https://github.com/grahamwetzler/smart-meter-texas (in Python).
• Automate downloading of solar panel data.
• Automate monitoring of batteries, preferably via direct download.
• Determine if smart monitoring within the panel is needed.
  • Eval and implement products for this task if so.
• Work out method of data transfer into a consistent dataset.
  • Time stamp information should be correct.
  • Data format should be consistent (e.g. JSON)
• Long term storage of data for trending.
• Easy display of data.
