The display on the outside top control unit showed that one of the batteries was "offline" and that there was a state of error.

Diagnostic Steps

• Power cycle.
• Adjust mounting brackets. The base pad under the battery is not solid, and the weight of the stack is causing the top control unit to pull away from the batteries.
• Replace the base pad.

Resolution
